Aoi Sorano, chief organizer of the 2016 Winter Sky festival and Imperial Frost Aviation Union (IFAU), briskly walked through Walker International Airport with Kadena alliance representative Kureha Asui. Their flight from Oured to Zhangai was delayed due to inclement weather. Sorano cursed her misfortune for being selected as the representative of the IFAU at the last minute after extensive negotiations between the IFAU (Labor unions) and the major Frost Airlines ended in a dual delegation. The two of them clutched their respective satchels as they entered the executive conference room apologizing to the delegates and hostess for their late arrival before taking their seats.

Daniel, Christine, and Cathy made their way into the conference room and introduced themselves. When the meetings started, Daniel moved to a seat at the table, and Cathy pulled up a seat behind.
"No, no, my dear," Christine whisperd to Cathy. "You'll be taking a table seat here."
Cathy got the "deer in the headlight" look for a moment, and Christine smiled and nodded. Cathy broke out of her shock, and took the seat next to Daniel, while Christine took the seat behind.
