I don’t think the RMB is massive fan of you, just because you cracked down on the floof stuff (which I support) and aren’t around there much.
How will you try to be liked on the RMB, and win back their approval?

I'm not sure if my opposition to the excessive floofing/touching/PDA made the RMB as a whole less fond of me. I suspect it's rather restricted to a specific subset (the ones likely to engage in excessive floofing/touching/PDA).

That being said, it's a valid point that I haven't been the most active RMBer. During my first two terms as Prime Minister, I made it a point to always be on top of what the RMB was doing, even if I wasn't necessarily contributing. I had stopped that in my third term because the pace of the RMB became way too unmanageable, and in my fourth (most recent) term, as the RMB calmed down again a bit, I began to lurk and hang out more again. I'm not as much of a known face and entity as, say, Somy is, but I'm not an unknown. People will know who I am, and I've exchanged words on the RMB with most if not all of the current batch of regulars.

I'm going to steal a question I got asked on the RMB when I was running for PM and found hard to answer. It's even more relevant to delegate.

You haven't been LC, or been one of the most active on the RMB. Why should you rule over both halves of the Coalition when you've only had power before in one half?

I'm not unfamiliar with RMB culture (see my answer to Prar above). I'd also say that I've had power in both, in a way - as Prime Minister, while my direct and primary duty was the off-site government, I was still Prime Minister of all of the South Pacific, for 16 months even. The in-game region came before the off-site government, afterall!

I can usually be on at any update that's requested. I'm usually awake and semi-available for minor update either way, and major update only requires waking up an hour earlier than I usually do anyway.

Okay this is actually really pretty now, it's strange how just how a campaign looks can drastically affect the way you read it. I already liked your campaign but I like it even more now, even though it was only a change in presentation, which is kinda scary honestly. Still, just a very nice campaign in general, then again, I'm probably a bit biased because you wrote it.

Just a point of clarification, you did say you wanted a more welcoming rmb, does that mean that you'll be participating more in the rmb and talking more with the regulars and new people if you're elected?

Yeah, because ... I'll have to . I'll freely admit that the RMB isn't my favorite communication, though that might just be a theming thing - I despise the "cozy" mode on Discord and I feel similarly overwhelmed when using it, but the "compact" mode is perfectly fine. Maybe I'll do some CSS foolery to change that.

Anyway, that being said, now that the RMB's pace has gotten more manageable, I have been lurking more again (which you may notice because of random like-notifications).

Why do you WANT to be delegate?

There isn't a single answer to that; there are a variety of things playing together in my head combined and I wouldn't be doing the full story justice by trying to incoherently make a summary list. I'll instead just pick one specific important aspect and elaborate on that.

I'm not always the best at pulling through on what I set out to do, IRL or on NS. However, I'm absolutely an "ideas" person, IRL and on NS alike, and I'm relatively good (if imperfect) at learning very quickly, filling in the mental gaps, pinpointing potential trouble areas, and finding possible solutions to those. IRL, that's why I'm usually the one that my boss calls when things go really sour with one of our customers, and on NS, while I've had several mishaps, usually that same thing has held true as well. So one of the big reasons I'd like to be Delegate is not just to bring ideas into the mix (laying the groundwork even if I don't follow through on them fully), but to get the experience and the "feeling" of what the position is and entails, in a first-hand way, so that I can do the thing I usually do with a better perspective on it.

Or, to put it shortly, it's because I adore this specific region of many in this dinky little browser game and I'd like to apply what I'm good at to help more.
