1. I will abide by and uphold the Charter of the South Pacific and all its laws.
   
2. I understand that my application may be subjected to a security review, and that I have provided all necessary information.
   
3. In undertaking the duties of a Legislator, I will comply the responsibilities that come with the position.
   
4. I certify that all information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge, and is neither incomplete nor deceptive.
   
5. Should I fail to meet the requirements to be granted Legislator status, I understand that my application may be denied or my Legislator status revoked at the discretion of the Chair of the Assembly.

Thank you for the correction but what's a discord account? I have an account on the TSP forum but not sure if that's what's being asked. It may be helpful to us newbs to make clear what a discord account is somewhere on the app as it's not an obvious thing as the rest of the app is.

Discord is an instant messaging service (https://discordapp.com/). If you don't have an account there, you can just say you don't have an account.
