King Iulian I was the third King of Stoinia and reformed the Kingdom into a Star Kingdom. He is known for the Stellar Ascension of the Stoinians and the reorganisation of the military.

Early Life
As the heir to the Philosopher King, he grew up on Stoinia and even lived amongst the Shintoïst enclave from his fourteenth until his sixteenth. At the age of 16 he joined the Royal Military Academy and enjoyed the thrill of the military. He became and expert swordsman and a competent commander, receiving commendations from both his peers and superiors. Although he shared the basic views of his father, he believed that to ensure its survival, the military would have to be reworked. The Mardakii had learned the Stoinians that regardless of traditional lifestyle, if they couldn't protect themselves they were doomed. King Iulian was the embodiment of this statement and became a career military officer and with his troops he helped speeding up the proces of the Stellar Ascension. This mainly consisted of building mines and building shipyards.

Stellar Ascension
With the sudden death of his father, the Throne was now bestowed unto him. It would take another decade before the Stellar Ascension would be realised, but that didn't mean he couldn't prepare for it. He reorganised the military. The Navy had become a new branch, one tasked with space warfare and the protection of its people and borders. The new naval engineers gathered and made prototypes of warships. Eventually the military in conjunction with Sinaia Science University was successful in creating the first warp drive. As soon as the colony ships were build, so were the new naval ships. This marked the birth of a new era in Stoinian history: the stellar age. The Stoinians would now take it upon themselves to spread Mankind into the stars. Of course this meant that the government would need to be reshaped to ensure the colony worlds would receive their representation. With the population having grown substantially, 80.000 new colonists were sent to form the basis of what would later become the Core Sector. Amongst these were the Shintoïst who had taken a planet of their own: Shikoku. Because of the King granting them this colony, he received the official title of Tennō of Shikoku. The Shintoïsts had already recognised him as the ikigami, but now they solidified his rule as a divine being. Iulian accepted, but was sure to not cross his boundaries with this new job title. He would also routinely visit the new colony worlds and bringing the military with him to ensure protection.
This he did for the remainder of his long 50 year reign. Making the Kingdom of Stoinia into a real Star Kingdom.

Death
Although he had become the oldest monarch, he hadn't given up his position to his son. He felt that his duty to the military could never be fulfilled and that's why he never abdicated. Eventually he would die of old age, leaving the Throne to his eldest son, Alexandru II.

High Admiral Pavel Chekov is amongst the most veteran of the Stoinian Admiralty. He is part of the old guard from the Velutarian War. Nonetheless he excels at his command and currently serves as the CO of the 3rd Star Corps in the Hyperion Sector under Grand Admiral Pyke. His Command Base is at Deep Space Two. He also is responsible for two first contact situations: the Rascal Incident with the Ryccians and the lost Drakari Fleet.

Early Life
Chekov was born as the youngest in his family. His family were generational miners on Gagarin and had a steady but low income. Chekov however didn't want to become a miner and due to recruiters, he joined the military. His interest of the military came from an early age when the military values were taught to him in school. He became a leader there and helped his classmates. When the recruiter asked him why he wanted to join the military he said "I no longer want to be a b*tch." Thus he passed with a great score on the officer exam and enlisted into the Naval academy on East Point. In the Navy he learned to respect and be respected, this was often done through punishment in his eyes. However he maintained the talk from the barracks well into his officer career. For this he would be feared and respected by his subordinates.

Velutarian War
Chekov was put in command of a small destroyer when the Velutarian War broke out. He was stationed in the Tozoria Sector and served under Lord Thorne's campaign. Chekov wasn't impressed with his superior and made multiple claims to the higher ups. After 12 years of steadily rising through the ranks, he was given his own command: the 23rd Star Corps in the Gagarin Sector. For his flagship he received a new Manticore-class Dreadnought, the third of its kind: HMS Sevastopol. In the Gagarin Sector he helped liberate his home world amongst many others. While most naval officers would remain on their ships, Chekov prompted to join his marines in the Battle of Alexandropol on the ground. Here he got the nickname Blood 'n Guts. In this battle he personally slayed 10 Velutarians with his sword and got a taste of real combat which he really enjoyed.

When the final offensive came, he joined the Strategos to Velutaria. Here he joined his ODST Squads on the ground and eliminated key enemy targets. But when the Velutarians wouldn't surrender, he advised the King to bombard the planet. Eventually the King accepted this proposal, though Chekov refused to take any credit for it. He wanted the victory to be his King's.
After the war he was one of Stoinia's famous heroes and received many medals for his actions. His fame also grew, though Chekov despised this as he had no interest in media attention. He just did his divine duty as he put it. Al he cared about was his career. He would continue to do so for the next decades.

Mardakii Crusade
When the Mardakii Crusade was called, Chekov gladly answered it. Ever since he killed Velutarians, he dreamed of killing Mardakii. Now his wildest dreams could become a reality. He worked closely with High Admiral Hague and learned to respect one another and formed a rivalling friendship. Chekov was also impressed by the Cheunh's expertise. Truly the Cheunh people had earned his respect through combat, but Chekov held the belief that the Cheunh were in fact lost Terrans. Although no studies support this, Chekov treats the Cheunh with the same respect as he would a Terran.
At the battle of Oporon, he again joined his marines on the ground and slayed multiple Mardakii with his sword, which he had baptised God's Justice. While fighting a Mardakii Chieftain he gained his scar on the right hand part of his face. From this Mardakii, he made several items. Most notably his Mardakii Claw Knife. As a sign of new earned respect, he gave this Mardakii Chieftain's pelt to Vrath'olum'nuruodo, the famed Cheunh Admiral who helped the Stoinians tremendously. However when an officer had accidently called him Scarface while he was present, he had the officer in question immediately demoted.

Personality
Chekov is known to be strict and ruthless officer. Regardless from where one comes from, respect can easily be earned from him through the right means. Many who served under him told about him truly sticking to his nickname Blood 'n Guts. Like Stoinians call themselves worthy of the name Stoinian, his men believe that he is worthy of the name Blood 'n Guts. 
When in public however, he refrains from any attention though he enjoys having statues of him build. Some even say that he is a personal glory seeker, though Chekov has proven to be more than that time and time again.

High Admiral Tholum is one Stoinia's best officers. Although he may not be Terran, his tactical prowess has gained him the rank of High Admiral. To this day he remains the only Cheunh to have achieved such a high rank. His prowess was recognised far before the Cheunh Compromise as he also was the youngest Cheunh to ever be granted the rank of Phalanx Commander.

Early Life
Tholum was born into a respected family on Csillia. His father was military officer and taught Tholum a lot about the military from an early age. He enrolled into a military high school where he excelled and even skipped a few classes. His tactical prowess was revealed and his superiors made sure that it would develop well. Afterwards he became a junior officer in the Cheunh Navy. While on a training mission to Crustai, he met Thrana, who would later become his wife.

Cheunh Military Career
As a junior tactical officer, he quickly adapted to true military life and enjoyed it at its fullest. Although such things aren't really shown in Cheunh society. In just ten years Tholum achieved the rank of Phalanx Commander of Csillia itself. This was amongst the most prestigious military positions in the Cheunh Ascendancy. However with the Cheunh expansion to the east, reports came in barbarian races and some speculated that a war between two powerful nations was taking place due to different technological debris. This resulted in a careful expansion of the Cheunh Ascendancy. Eventually they would clash with the Mardakii.

The Mardakii Threat and the Cheunh Compromise
As soon as the Cheunh had made themselves present to the Mardakii, they immediately attacked them and executed raids on the outer Cheunh colonies. Although the Cheunh were able to hold them off, they weren't able to invade Mardakii space. Things also escalated as several Mardakii Incursions resulted in occupied Cheunh worlds. It was also at this time that Stoinian Expeditionary Fleets had engaged the Mardakii and had rescued several Cheunh crewmembers. This resulted in the joint operation against the Mardakii. Tholum was made head of the Cheunh Task Force and worked closely with High Admirals Hague and Chekov. He also had several discussion with the Stoinian King. This cooperation lead to the short 6 months conflict now known as the First Mardakii Crusade. Tholum exposed the patterns in the Mardakii incursions and formulated a plan to gather the Mardakii into one place. The Cheunh would attack from the west, while the Stoinians continued their push from the east. Eventually the Mardakii Central Command was exposed at Bogo Rai and for the first time ever, the Cheunh and Stoinians had joint battle. This resulted in the Cheunh gaining high standing and respect amongst the Stoinians.

Because of the Cheunh's prowess, the Stoinians asked them if they wished to join their Kingdom. Eventually through much deliberation they agreed. Tholum himself was a proponent of this as his calls for a stronger military had been ignored by the politicians. Within the Stoinian system he could do this with restraints and on a much larger scale. Like most Stoinians, Tholum and his fellow Cheunh wanted order and the Mardakii had proven to be the bridge amongst these two people. Although the Cheunh Military would have to be absorbed into the Stoinian Navy. Grand Admiral William Alexander was put in charge the Navy in the new Cheunh Sector, which still retained the name of Cheunh Ascendancy. Nonetheless this tasked proved difficult due to different structures and operational protocols. For this reason Phalanx Commander Tholum was tasked with the helping of it and granted the rank of High Admiral. Tholum accepted the offer.

As the newly appointed High Admiral he works closely with Grand Admiral Alexander. Although Alexander is rather old and considered a great Terran Supremacist, Tholum has worked flawlessly with him. Though at first there were initial cultural differences which proved to be difficult at first. Nowadays his efforts have gained him fame and respect from both the Cheunh and Terrans. He is easily amongst the famous Cheunh, bordering Aristocra Thossok's popularity amongst the Terrans.  After ten years most of the Cheunh military has been integrated into the Stoinian on, but the question still remains if the Cheunh Planetary Phalanxes are able to retain their positions and importance. Tholum has proposed that the Phalanxes would become a branch of their own, but this has proven difficult with the Stoinian higher ups. The King however has made no comment on the Phalanxes and with the current military situation it is currently in a dead lock. He also retained his old ship the Chimaera after extensive updates.

Jean-Luc Corvousier is amongst the 13 Grand Admiral of the Stoinian Star Kingdom. He is the head of the Navy in the Corillia Sector and a respected veteran from te Velutarian War.

Early Life
Jean-Luc was born in a French speaking family in the City Spire of Eden on Elysium. As part of a rather rich family, he received a privileged upbringing and was expected to become a businessman like his father. However at the age of 18 he radically went against his father's wishes and enrolled into East Point. He was selected into the Naval Officer program and performed his studies well. Eventually he would become a tactical Lieutenant and serve in the Corillian Sector.

Military Career
Although his initial career was rather slow, when his efficiency came to fruition, it propelled him into the Command ranks. As a Captain he was ruthless against pirates and other insurgents. He was known for his efficient patrols and eventually gained the respectable rank of Commodore. With it his future career was ensured and he would plan out his eventual retirement. However that all changed with the Velutarian War. 

Velutarian War
Although most Admirals had died during the initial advances, his CO survived it and formed a key figure in Regent MacArthur's military circle. He was amongst the few officers who had survived direct confrontations with the Velutarians within the first three years. Eventually he would gain the position of Admiral and fight the Velutarians in guerrilla warfare where he could. He also was a proponent of a new class of super dreadnought. One which could ensure Mankind a nomadic lifestyle if it would ever come to it. This ship was meant to be the Stoinians last hope of survival. Corvousier was amongst the few who knew of this project and worked tirelessly to achieve it while fighting the Velutarians. Nonetheless after a decade of research, the first two ships were revealed, the Infinity and the Eternity. They proved successful against the Velutarians and the Infinity was part of MacArthur's push towards Velutaria. Corvousier used the Eternity to clean out the remaining pockets within Stoinia's borders and was decorated for it and granted the title of Duke of Saint Alexis, a planet which he helped liberate.

George Smith is the current Governor of the planet Rhodesia in the Rhodesian Sector. Although he is part of the relative new generation of politicians, he is viewed by many as a true hero while others condemn his policies.

Early Life
George grew up as the youngest in a family of 11. Like many Rhodesians, they were farmers on the great savannah plains. They also has a side business where they bred Kybucks, an animal native to Rhodesia and proved very useful once domesticated. Amongst the Smiths Kybucks were Kybucks which had won multiple planetary championships in Kybuck races. This gained the Smiths an honest living and a good reputation amongst the populace. However this Rhodesian dream would come to an end when the Velutarian War commenced.

Velutarian War
Although the War had broken out, it took the Velutarian four years to arrive at Rhodesia. The First Battle of Rhodesia was a pyrrhic victory for the Stoinians due to their tactic of ramming the Velutarians while they were still recovering from their FTL jump. It is by many considered to be a miracle the First Battle of Rhodesia was won, but the Rhodesians now knew that their location was compromised and should prepare. With MacArthur's planetary fortress policy, Rhodesia was prepared for the Velutarians gaining a planetary shield and tremendous amounts of ammunition and guns. Under Legate Keith Jones mandate, Rhodesia's infrastructure was transformed to sustain a war of attrition. Smith was just fourteen and after schools were abandoned, he joined the miners. His father would become a pilot in the Army Air Force, while his mother became a nurse. Together with his older brother Ian he mined for the war effort. However as soldiers died and George became 16 T-years old, he enrolled to become a fighter pilot as he also knew how to fly the plane used for agriculture. By that time he had already lost three of his brothers. The remainder of the war he supported the ground troops and became an ace pilot and a local celebrity. The Velutarian starfighters were optimised for space flight and not for in atmosphere flight, this resulted in the Stoinians gaining an advantage over the Velutarians, which was a rare sight. 
Eventually in the last year of the war, High Admiral Douglas Hague arrived and liberated Rhodesia with his new ships. Rhodesia was spared of glassing and thus it's terrain remained fairly intact for the decade of war it had sustained. It didn't take the Rhodesians long before they could rebegin their agriculture and gain their reputation of the breadbasket of the west. With their new significant importance and the complete glassing of Reach, Rhodesia became the new Sector Capital. Rhodesians now became an iconic symbol of the Velutarian War for their resistance and resolve.

Farmer Period
After the war, he and the remainder of his family rebegan their farming and Kybuck breeding business. With the loss of three brothers, the father and a sister the family was heavily outmanned. But though Rhodesian resolve they made profit. The business grew over the years and they were now also exporting to other planets as well. On one of the business trips he met Kelly Douglas, whom he married after three months.
After 7 years, he grew tired of the polarising Rhodesian politicians who only cared for their votes and after a long discussion with his family, he decided to run for office. Not any governorship, the governorship of Rhodesia itself.

Governorship
For his campaign he joined the Liberal Party, although he had clearly had a different approach on the Cathrani. He instead focused on the economics Rhodesia would face and campaigning as the honest man. He would win his first term and truly solidify Rhodesia as the breadbasket of the West. Under his governorship Rhodesians prosper and lived their original farm lives. He also made more nationalistic moves, such as recognising the Rhodesian identity. Although their original colonists were English, their skin had become more reddish due to Rhodesia's sun and tropical climate. Although it's barely noticeable, it is there. This satisfied the Rhodesian populace. He also expanded the farming lands and some bordered the Cathrani forests. Gun laws were loosened and the Rhodesian Government ensured the farmers protection. With such policies in place he gained a favourable image with the Rhodesians, gaining him 95% of the votes in the first round for his second mandate, granting him the immediate governorship. 
Now in his second mandate he is looking to make peace with the Cathrani, although these acts have proven unsuccessful at best.

Policies and controversies
Amongst Rhodesia's fauna are the Cathrani, a primitive sentient feline species. While most would have purged the Cathrani to ensure a stable environment for the settlers, the original Rhodesian settlers opted to keep away from the enormous forests where they lived. Instead focusing on the savannah lands for their agricultural plans. However incursions by the Cathrani have occurred during the Terran settlement, but these insurrections were followed by several hunts inspired by the Great Hunt. Smith is one of the few that truly understand the situation. While the hardline xenophobes want to enforce a great hunt style approach and the progressives want to blindly enlighten the xenos, Smith wants to work things slowly as neither side truly understands the complexity. He has tried several attempts to a definitive line of communication with the Cathrani, but they have proven to be unsuccessful. Nonetheless he tries to make peace with the local inhabitants.
By non-Rhodesians, he is either viewed by others as a softie or a criminal for ordering the killing of Cathrani after the last incursion. By the Rhodesians themselves, he is viewed as a true Rhodesian who sees the uncomfortable truth of the Rhodesian controversy. This is viewed by his election results, gaining 95% of the votes during the first round, immediately granting him the governorship.

Apart from the Cathrani problem, some view him as a demagogue. Others have also accused him of falsifying the election results. None of these claims seem to be true however. The election process was publicised and proved everything was well. He is also often seen in markets where some people even cheered at him. While non-Rhodesians may have reservations, one thing is certain, the Rhodesians are willing to follow Smith and he will stay for quite a while.

Nick O'Carr is currently the most famous Bounty Hunter in the Stoinian Star Kingdom. Although he had humble beginnings, he eventually made it to the top of the Bounty Hunters going after criminals which even the best wouldn't have dared.

Early Life
Nick grew up in a small family with 4 children. His parents were accountants on the small outer colony of Crescent in the Corillian Sector. Because of its rather remote location, it was often used as a drop off point for drugs towards Corillia. His parents eventually were killed together with the rest of his siblings when the Velutarians came when he was ten T-years old. Luckily he was found by a soldier and rescued. The rest of the war he would work in mines and support the troops. After the war he had no foreseeable future. Until the soldier that rescued him finally got the chance to meet him again. He told him that he was going to enter the Bounty Hunting industry and was looking for a partner. Nick accepted the proposition and joined his new mentor, Brian O'Sullivan, in his new profession.

Early Bounty Hunting Years
In the years after the war, some Stoinians had resorted to profit of the people who had lost everything in the war and force them into the drugs production. The result was that the Bounty Hunters had no shortage of work. Because of this, Bounty Hunters regained a surge in popularity and approval. Slowly he and his mentor would cleanse Crescent of thugs and become local celebrities. But sooner or later, they would have to move to other planets and invested in their private ship. They bought a state of the art freighter and named it The Crescent Hawk. Soon after that they set for Corillia to expand their business.

Corillia Period
Once on Corillia they began taking more dangerous Bounty Hunters who lived on the lower levels of the Spire City. What was considered bad on Crescent was normal in those parts. Although Corillia was known for its luxurious prosperity, some fell to the powers of gambling and thus forced to move down. Amongst the most notorious criminals was Chuck Morgan, an aggressive drug lord who had even infiltrated local police. O'Carr and O'Sullivan decided to go after him, even after more seasoned Bounty Hunters advised against it. After months of planning and infiltration, they had made the big bucks. The had caught the criminal boss and earned a fortune with it. With the fortune they bought off all of his properties in the lower levels and made it their new headquarters for their operation. They had become known all over Corillia and opened in the Private Investigator sector as well.
Even when making fortunes in the Star Kingdom, he is looking to expand his business across the stars and within other star nations.

Metagaming Facts
O'Carr is also a part time smuggler, although he doesn't smuggle drugs as he despises the results. Instead he focuses on items which would be more expensive due to taxation. This ranges from luxuries to medical items. The Law however hasn't found out about it, since he works closely with them and has gained a lot of respect.

Rhodesia is commonly called the breadbasket of the west due to it's tremendous agriculture sector. Apart from that it also hosts lush wildlife and a primitive species know as the Cathrani.

History
Rhodesia was colonised in the late Stellar Ascension when another planet was needed to grow more foods. Rhodesia was selected for this purpose due to its lush vegetation. It was colonised by Stoinians of English descent lead Rhodes who became their nobility. Because of Rhodes prominence in farming techniques specifically for the planet, it was named after him. It's main focus is to provide food for the then called Reach Sector. Not only did it need to partially sustain Reach, but all the western colonies as well.
Rhodesia suffered rather mildly compared to Reach due to MacArthur's Planetary Fortress policy. Nonetheless the Rhodesians proved to be exceptionally dedicated not only in farming, but fighting as well. For that reason they were made the new sector capital after Reach was glassed. Rhodesia to this day remains known as the breadbasket of western Stoinia.

Geography
Although 60% of the planet is a giant landmass with multiple inland seas, it still holds a warm and tropical climate. Most of the settlements are in the southern hemisphere concentrated around large cities such as Salisbury. The majority of the land is savannah, although at the equator there are large forrests which host the Cathrani. The Terrans generally tend to stay away from the forrests as the Cathrani have shown to be quite territorial. Large circular rock structures can be found all over the planet in the many fields. How these structures came to be is still a mystery, but nonetheless make very scenic view.

Fauna and Flora
Its most notable fauna are the Kybucks, Moa's and Cathrani. The Kybucks have been domesticated and have become the symbol of Rhodesia. They form an essential part in Rhodesian culture as well. The Moa's are a large bipedal bird which is often found on the steppes. They are more commonly farmed on large open fields. The Cathrani are the indigenous native of the planet who currently are living in what would be the stone age. Whether they have attained sapience is still debated, though Stoinian research suggest that they haven't.

Satellites
Rhodesia has one barren satellite named Wilson. Even if it is barren it hosts no interesting carachteristics because it is very poor in minerals and thus it isn't used for any type of mining operation. Instead Rhodesia has a rather large Spaceport and shipyards.

Elysium is the capital of the Elysium Sector and often named the Jewel of the North because of it's staggering natural beauty. Not only does it have a lush fauna and flora, but its cities are remarkable for their iconic structures. From the early years of colonisation Elysium became a place for the wealthy and developed a significant financial sector, but not on the same levels as Cornucopia. It also hosts the Honourable Noble House of Winton, a respected noble house known for their unconditional support to the Monarch.

History
From the early colonisation years, Elysium was known for its rich people and investors. In the beginning it was a sort of vacation spot for the rich, but has become more accessible throughout its lifetime. They also implemented a large immigration program to grow different sectors. As a result their financial sector exploded and since then the Elysians lived fairly wealthy compared to other parts of the Kingdom, while maintaining their American-French origins. Although some might expect that in such situations the colony will grow more resilient to the core, Elysium had the opposite effect. This is because the local nobles were fiercely loyal to the Crown and remain as such to this day. They also host multiple festivities celebrating their migrants from the core which helped boost their economy.
The planet is governed by the Elysian Senate and the Governor as its head. Senators of voting districts are elected for 10 years contrary to the Stoinian norm. Often these Senators come from a long line of businessmen or family line. It also isn't uncommon to see noblemen within the Elysian Senate. But each Senator can be ousted by public referendum in his/hers voting district.
Although the Velutarian War was devastating, Elysium like most planets in the core were quite safe as other planets took the brunt of the Velutarian advance. This gave them much needed time for preparations when the Velutarians indeed came. Roughly two years before the end of the Velutarian War, the Velutarian had arrived unexpectedly when MacArthur was there for strategic reasons. The Battle of the Line had just been won and it looked like an offensive would come soon, but the Velutarians had caught him off-guard when they arrived at Elysium. Although MacArthur fought bravely, most of his ships weren't upgraded and were decimated by the Velutarians. Luckily Grand Admiral Corvousier had arrived with his new Infinity-class Dreadnought and cleansed Elysium's orbit of the Velutarians. Corvousier was hailed a hero and was decorated for his actions. After the war many Elysians decided to go and help rebuild the devastated worlds and where once people migrated towards, they now felt their call to migrate elsewhere.

Geography
Elysium, like Stoinia, is a rather cold planet with mountainous terrain dominating the planet. Although it has a thicker atmosphere than most planets, the Terrans live rather comfortably due to the heights they normally live. It's cities are spread throughout the planet and while they are known for their architecture Elysium holds the Spire City of Eden. Another remarkable feature of Elysium is the fact the northern lights are quite visible all over the planet. Due to its thicker atmosphere photons are easily excited and this translates in what the locals call Aurora Elysianis.

Fauna and Flora
Like Stoinia, Elysium holds a diverse wildlife. From large herbivores to deadly predators. Some of them are still hunted to this day, but under heavy supervision by the local Government. The most notable herbivore is the Elysian Rhino who lives in the more warmer parts of the planet. Its meat is considered a local delicacy and once hunted it can provide multiple families a year of meat. The 15 meter long behemoth is considered to be a symbol of Elysian loyalty to the Crown. On the other hand, there are the Elysian Tigers. They are quite small in size never reaching 1.4 meters in height. What they lack in size they make up in agility and teeth. The Tigers are considered to be nuisance in some regions and are actively hunted down. Especially when they use their large teeth to hunt on Nerf calves. Their teeth are considered an important trophy like Mardakii claws throughout the Kingdom.

Satellites
Elysium has two small moons which are used for mining operations. These moons have never been fully colonised and have been sold to private prospectors for mining operations. Their only function is to provide for the local companies and support the industries within the spire city of Eden.

Richard Morgan is a radical politican from the Democratic Freedom Party. He is a hardline republican and even wants to impose some form of marxist policies. Although he is viewed by many as a fool, his support has been growing amongst the outer colonies who feel ignored by the core.

Early Life
Morgan grew amongst the miners in Harlan on the colony world of Fordite in the Arcadia Sector. From an early age he saw the hardships on the miners and grew to have compassion with them. He even was part of the miner's union which was creating troubles on the planet known as the Harlan Riots. It even came to it that the old King Mihai I would have to visit the planet himself to resolve the tensions. Although he had a family, he was largely ignored by his father as his mother died after giving birth. He would become an early manager at a mining company where he often clashed with his superiors as he wanted to empower the miners. This lead to him getting fired and ran for office the next elections. Because of his underdog status and popularity for his actions, he won the elections with a landslide. During his campaign he met a woman named Marjorie who he fell in love with and eventually married during his Governorship.

Governorship
As Governor he implemented more protection for workers such as healthcare and extended leaves. He was seen as a hero by the miners. He even managed to nationalise most of the mining companies with states of emergencies due to new riots. However with such policies he made a lot of enemies especially the CEO's of said companies. They tried to exposed Morgan as a tyrant, but they couldn't win over the miners. Right before he began his second year from his term he was struck with a tragedy. His wife Marjorie had died in a car accident. This struck him deeply and from that moment on he vowed to protect the workers wherever they might be. This however was brought to an end when the Velutarian War began. Initially he supported MacArthur, but grew to hate his policies. Especially when all Governors has to be replaced with MarcArthur's Military Legates.

Velutarian War
The Velutarians never reached Fordite, but Fordite was responsible with maintaining the war effort. Although he was the Governor of Fordite, MacArthur's reforms changed his positions. He had to give his position to a Legate and he ousted his objections to it. After much deliberations, Morgan was allowed to become an advisor to Legate Levos. Even as an advisor he protected the workers from the harsh demands by the military. In part he was responsible for MacArthur's push for the Military's resource independence.

After the Velutarian war ended, Morgan decided that he had to continue his work to protect the workers around the Kingdom. For this he joined with the Democratic Freedom Party, although his economic policies leaned more to the Progressive Xeno Party, he despises their ideas on banning the Great Hunt and abolishing the compulsory military training. Regardless the DFP was more in favour of supporting his view to undermine the nobility. Ever since he became a Congressman he has been stirring up trouble with his ideas and has gradually grown the numbers of people who support him. Especially his support from the younger generations has been growing.

Policies
Morgan's policies are radical at best. He believes in the empowerment of the worker in politics and in the market. He believes that the means of production should indeed be handed over to the workers and that certain levels of collectivisation should be implemented. Although few Stoinians share this view, since his active lobbying in Congress, younger Stoinians have come to share his views. This is an unprecedented trend in Stoinian history who have been staunch capitalist throughout their history. He also views the monarchy as outdated and wants to abolish it completely ever since King Mihai I intervention with the Harlan Riots.
It is also quite unclear whether Morgan supports the xeno rights like the PXP does. Multiple accounts have shown his indecisiveness as he has both supported and opposed it on multiple occasions.
His rhetoric also attacks nobles such as Lord Thorne with whom he often clashes in Congress. Regardless of policies, he has set the foundations for a revolution. The revolution of the workers as he proclaims it.

Hyperion is a Super Terra, meaning it is far larger than Earth, but still smaller than an ice giant. Because of this, it is often times called the second Reach as its size resembles that of Reach. Aside from its size the planet hosts an incredible diversity of fauna which due to their sheer numbers are still being hunted today. Hyperion's main industry is hunting and many tourists come here to enjoy hunting trips to take trophies back home. This exploded the colony's economy and was later selected to become the Sector Capital of outer colonies as it was a perfect example for these new outer colonies.

History
Hyperion was colonised roughly 50 years after the Stellar Ascension and has grown since then. The original colonists were of Greek descent, but since the planet proved to be large enough to host the entire Stoinian Sector, more and more people made their way to Hyperion. However to sustain the hunting ethos which had been implemented from an early age, the Hyperian Government made campaigns to keep people at bay and away from the planet. Imposing high local tax tariffs, but a welcoming eco tourism. Only after a few decades did the Stoinians encounter the Nelvaanians, which have grown more intelligent with the century. Nonetheless aggressive actions have been taken by both parties and the exact policy remains unclear as the local Governors clashed with the monarch in the Troubles.
Although the Velutarian War didn't reach Hyperion, it shares another dark past with multiple outer colonies. During the reign of Mihai the Old, the outer colonies stirred up troubles creating unrest, some even fearing for open revolt. These riots were known as the Troubles. On Hyperion, the local Governor wanted to implement commercial hunting on the Nelvaanian and had already proceeded with hunting expeditions on them. When the King heard of this, he immediately set foot on Hyperion to resolve this matter with his constitutional powers. Thus Hyperion became the first planet on which King Mihai would come and resolve the planets personally. Many Hyperians eventually came around to see the King's prerogative, but some stubborn elements remain. The Progressive Xeno Party has however gained traction on Hyperion, having its highest procentual voters.
Hyperion was spared the atrocities of the Velutarians, but that didn't mean they idly stood by and did nothing. Five years before the War it was discovered that a whale on their moon, Theia, excreted medicinal fluids which could help speed up healing processes. With such a discovery millions of researchers started to settle the moon and set up farms from which this medicinal fluid can be made. Taming theses creatures proved difficult however, but progress was made, although slowly. Halfway into the War researcher were able to fully heal an injured hunter by dipping him in this medicinal fluid. Although the therapy is now known and successful, there are for too less whales to sustain a steady production for trillions of people. So researcher now are looking at methods to simulate the processes happening in the whale as to make it by themselves.

Geography
Hyperion is a rather flat world with only a few mountain chains which rarely exceed the 3 km mark. This is suspected to be due to the slow geographic processes beneath the planets crust. As a result the planet is filled with plains and savannah like biomes. Although certain continents have no trees on them, there are several lush forests.
Hyperion has multiple cities spread out on the continents. Although having such a large population, it does not hold a Spire city, instead opting for space elevators. 

Fauna and Flora
Hyperion has considerably less diversity when it comes to fauna and flore compared to other cold planets. Some speculate that it is because of the recent current ice age. Others because of the planet's poor resources. Regardless life still has found its way on Hyperion. The most notable animals are the Khison and the Grayson Wolf. The Khison are large bovines similar to the ancient Bisons of Terra. They have a nomadic lifestyle and live mostly in herds. The apex predator on Hyperion is the Grayson Wolf, named after Albert Grayson, a famous Hyperian hunter who was able to tame some of these wolves. The Grayson Wolves live in pacts and are fiercely teritorial. They are also amongst the toughest animals within the whole Star Kingdom and in danger zones, plasma based weaponry is allowed. This is to make sure that the colonists can fend them off as the Grayson Wolf easily dwarfs a normal Terran.

Hyperion also hosts the Nelvaanians, a primitive sapient species native to Hyperion. Although they have accustomed quite well to the cold, their society remains rather primitive. It is to say that the Nelvaanians however have shown more intelligence than the Rhodesian Cathrani. Nelvaanian culture is very tribal based and shows sign of extensive spiritualism. Hence why most males have tattoos. They are lupine of origin and it remains a mystery to this day how two lupine species have become so different through evolution. Nelvaanians are also fierce warriors as their tribes often fought against one another. But when the Velutarians had arrived at Hyperion, the Nelvaanians also suffered heavily. The Nelvaanians, although able to hold off several attacks through sheer courage, lost 85% of their population due to the Velutarians who also experimented with them. It is to say that in previous centuries there had been plans by radical Governors to wipe them out with extermination programs, some of these programs were implemented within certain limits. The fact remains that multiple incidents have occurred, both peaceful and aggressive. Their fate remains clouded in mystery as again the Stoinians haven't made a clear policy on the Nelvaanians.

Satellites
Hyperion has one rather large moon. The moon itself is also habitable and recent colonisation efforts have begun. Around 10 million people live now on the moon who are also equally represented in the Hyperian Congress. Like Hyperion, Theia also hosts wildlife and is often used as a planet wide fishing and hunting reserve. Theia's most notable fauna and flora is the Theian Whale which excretes a medicinal fluid which speeds up a healing proces. This proces is under further study and efforts are made to domesticate the whales in some capacity.
