The following is a thread of popular online contemporary videos by a user known as BālstuiU, a a conservative speaker against the large majority of members of the current government. These videos are widely regarded as propaganda in academia.

Video Title: Every Eggrarian Needs To Hear This Speech

Bālstui: If every Secondary Education Headmaster said the following speech, Eggraria would be a much better place.

"To the students and faculty of this SecEd establishment, I am your new headmaster, and honoured to be so. There is no greater calling than to teach young Eggrarians."

"I would like to inform you of some important changes coming to our establishment. First:"

"This establishment will no longer honour race or ethnicity. I could not care less if you are Ryccian, Sedunnian, Huwanian, FiHamian, or Eggrarian. I could not care less if your origins are Cordillian, Bailtemic, Rainbow Islander, or Krabryian. Or, if your ancestors arrived here from the 16 tribes, or from the Bailtemic migrations. The only identity this establishment will recognize is your individual identity: your character, your scholarship, your humanity. And the only national identity this establishment will recognize, is Eggrarian."

"This is an Eggrarian SecEd establishment, and Eggrarian SecEd establishments were created to make better Eggrarians. If you wish to affirm another ethnic or cultural identity, you will have to attend another establishment."

"This includes after-lecture clubs. I will not authorize clubs that divide students based on identities such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or whatever else may become invogue in our society. Those clubs cultivate narcissississism [sic] -- an unhealthy preoccupation with the self -- while the purpose of education is to get you to think beyond yourself. The establishment's clubs will be based on interests and passions -- clubs that transport you to the wonders and glories of art, music, astronomy, [languages that you do not already speak,*] and more."

(*This part is not in modern versions of the video, but supposedly was in the original.)

"If the only extracurricular activities you can see yourself interested in are those based on race, ethnicity, and sexual identity, that means little outside of yourself really interests you."

"Second: I do not care whether Deovalish is your native language. My only interest in terms of language is that you leave this establishment speaking and writing Deovalish as fluently as possible."

(*Austral is also a part of the curriculum, making what the video asks directly against the government education standards.)

"The Deovalish language has united Eggraria's citizens for over 700 years, and it will unite us at this establishment."

"Furthermore, I would be remiss in my duty to ensure that you will be prepared to successfully compete in the job market if you will leave this school without excellent Deovalish-language skills."

Original versions supposedly had an extra spot about additional languages such as Austral and German, but the current version does not.

"If you want classes taught in your native language rather than Deovalish*, this is not the right school for you."

(*This is highly illegal.)

"Third: because I regard learning as a sacred endeavour, everything in this establishment will reflect learning's elevated status. This means, among other things, that you and your teachers will have to dress accordingly. There will be a dress code. And, you will address all teachers by their title, not their first name. They are your teachers, not your pals."

"Fourth: no obscene language will be tolerated anywhere on this school's property.*"

(*A civil law case made these restrictions fineable.)

"By obscene language, I mean the banned epithets on governmental documents, and such epithets, such as the L-word, even when addressed by one girl to another, and the V-word, even when used by one black student to another."

The L-word refers to the Deovalish equivalent of "Bitch", and the V-word equates to a racial epithet used by those who have a darker pigmented skin, such as some native people in the Rainbow Islands.

"It is my intent by the time you leave this establishment, you will be among the few your age to distinguished the elevated* from the degraded*, the holy* from the obscene*."

(*These are extremely loaded words as they come from the traditional Teokratikan dialect of Deovalish.)

"Fifth: we will end all self-esteem programs*."

(*Which are governmentally backed and promoted.)

"In this establishment, self-esteem will be gained only in one way -- the only way self-esteem should be gained -- by earning it. One immediate consequence is that graduating classes will have a Sūpraverbæ, not Sūparaverbæ."

(*Deovalish words that play on each other to mean "A single highest speaker", and "multiple highest speakers of equal status", rsspectively.)

"Sixth, and last: I am reorienting the establishment toward academics, and away from politics and propaganda. No more time will be devoted to racism, sexism, islamophobia, homophobia, global warming, tobacco, or gender identity."

(Like previously, highly illegal.)

"No more classes will be devoted to condom wearing and teaching you to regard sexual relations as no more than a health issue."

(*The policies proposed thus far in this final point would result in the SecEd losing its accreditation in Eggraria and large fines for misinformation and ommission of curriculum.)

"And there will be no more attempts to convince you that you are a victim because you are not white, or male, or heterosexual, or of a major religion."

"This establishment will have failed if any of you graduate thinking him or herself inordinantly lucky -- lucky to be alive, to be an Eggrarian."

"Now, please stand and join me in the Pledge of Honour to the Eggrarian Flag. As many of you do not know the words, your teachers will hand them out to you."

(*Once again, the fourteenth district's flag. This act also was banned in the 1973 Anti-Propaganda Act, in which PrimEds and SecEds cannot force "undue patriotism" onto students.)
