Just to make sure that legal technicalities are avoided and clear potential confusion...

Amendment to Article 2 of the Regional Officers Act Wrote:
Regional Officers Act

...

2. Regional Officers

...

(3) The other Cabinet ministers will be allotted between one and four Regional Officer positions and granted Appearance, Communications, and Polls powers. They will decide which Cabinet ministers among them will be granted Embassies power.

This language is a "just in case" for if we ever actually expand the Cabinet. That was my intent with the original amendment to this Act.

I'm just not convinced we need a 'just in case' until the case is just in. Any amendments for expanding the cabinet in future could and should be done together as an omnibus package. It's not good practice to leave something unnecessary in the laws in case we change another law later.
