We have tried variations of this before but I hope this works.
Previous drawbacks and criticism Came because apparently ministers want different things on their applicationS and that can vary due who is in power at the time. I think this is a great idea and hope it works.

We need writers, artists, event planners and idea factories, but most of all we need you to bring whatever you have and help us make South Pacifican culture the best in NationStates!

As well as sending this out monthly, could we perhaps draft a dispatch version with the title 'Summer term 2020 Opportunties' or something (so it's clear it's specific to this term, rather than appearing over and over in future when it may no longer be relevant), which the LC could share alongside the welcome guides?
