Review Request (overturn a decision by a government institution or official) MOFA ELECTION RESULT IS INVALID
#1

AS PER THE ELECTIONS ACT
Quote:(4) To be eligible to be included in a voting ballot, any candidate must post a campaign in an area designated by the Election Commission. The campaign must prominently include a truthful declaration of all potential conflicts of interest the candidate may have within and outside of the South Pacific.
AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IF YOU LOOK AT CANDIDATE QAZ'S THREAD, THERE IS NO COI THERE. HOWEVER, CROOKED TSU STILL INCLUDED HIM ON THE BALLOT. THEREFORE THE ELECTION RESULT IS NULL AND VOID AND ALSO TSU IS CORRUPT AND SHOULD BE IMPEACHED.

WE NEED TO HAVE ANOTHER MOFA ELECTION WHICH IS FAIR AND TRUSTWORTHY THIS TIME.
Did some LC, MoRA, CRS stuff in the past. Do a lot of World Census stuff now.

HIGH COURT OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Court thanks you for your interest in this matter and highlights its commitment to being an open and approachable institution. In the interest of clarity and consistency, the Court will deem this a mock submission and treat it accordingly. If you wish to submit a case for formal consideration under the Judicial Act, you are welcome to do so through the Case Submission System.

Your honors, if it pleases the court, it seems quite apparent that the candidate in question, Qaweritoyu, clearly included their conflict of interests within their signature (see attached). As such, the Conflict of Interest statement was not only posted with the campaign thread, but also posted with every post the candidate has made on these forums.

Rather than raise such questions, I think other candidates would be wise to follow this example moving forward.

Your honors,
If it pleases the court I would note that seeing as how even ruling Qaweritoyu was ineligible will not change the result of the election for Minister of Foreign Affairs, I would encourage dismissal.

If this was a case that would affect the eligibility of a political party I would, of course, have a different outlook but due to the employment of instant run-off voting, the fact of whether or not Qaweritoyu was a valid candidate is not pertinent and has no effect on any other matter that would come before this honorable court.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
