All the fundamental issues with this bill still exist, you've just changed the language so it's not explicitly ripping off Indian law now.

Whole India, since the draft of the Commission Act conflicted with the Charter of the South Pacific, the vote will be terminated in 24 hrs. Either fix Article 3 Section 5 of your draft, or withdraw this draft. 

At this point, since you won't adhere to the advice of prominent members, some of whom helped create what the Assembly is today, I advise you to accept the latter and withdraw this draft.
