12. Regional Officers Act
    
13. Cultural Act
    
14. Legislative Procedure Act
    
15. Elections Act
    
16. Charter of The Coalition of the South Pacific
    

So please do the needed as it is required for the coalition.

The Charter, Election Act, Judicial Act, Proscription Act, Border Control Act, Legislator Committee Act, Military Code, Political Parties Act, Regional Officers Act need the Table of Contents as they have 4 articles or more and they are 9 out of 16 means more than 50% need the Table of Contents.
