I... I don't even know where to start with this one. Just... no.

I can see where you're coming from but, frankly, this is unneeded beauracracy. And your arguments for it aren't helping you.

Hard against.

The act does't allows govt's interference then where is this statement? It allows interference from CRS and High Court

The Act isn't introducing new bureaucracy. It is just using the current bureaucracy which is the Integration Department

Also I apologize for this double posting

This proposal is unconstitutional as it is contrary to Article 3.1 of the Charter. Considering that there is no possible way for it to not be contrary to the Bill of Rights I suggest we all just move on and ignore this thread.

As what Bel said, this violates the Charter as it says that "All members of the South Pacific will enjoy the freedoms of expression, speech, assembly, and the press, limited only by reasonable moderation policies".

This will proposal will not be put to vote in any way, shape or form.

Okay...

No couper, especially ones that are trying to coup a major GCR mind you, will ever be so idiotic and stupid as to register their coup media to the gov't. And, like I said, if it's the CRS who are couping, hypothetically of course, they could easily topple the Coalition in a matter of hours. There's no registering of any kind, no walls to bypass, or bureaucracy to cover their tracks.

Ugh...

Listen, my advice is to stop trying to pass whole acts that have no gain to the Coalition or its members. Your arguments to defend them are filled with holes, questionable at best, and just lead to more questions rather than to more answers. Moreso, you refuse(d) to initially listen to other people's advice when they said that the Commission Act was awful, and I'm guessing you're going to do the same here.

This isn't a community that makes acts just because someone says "What the hell?". This is a community that created these acts to serve a specific purpose and to show the identity of the Coalition. So please, respect that, stop making acts that just create bureaucracy, and actually read the laws. I know you said that you did, but you flat out violated the Charter with this proposal.
