I really like the idea of custom tags - it's a neat simple solution that isn't being overlegislated.

Besides, considering that the only way to use a hex value would be to type it in, it wouldn't be much help anyways. Imagine having to go through a bunch of law to remember what hex code it was and then type it into the colour menu. At that point i'd just randomly pick the green the feels the most right.

Maybe even the header of quote box can be changed so "wrote" doesn't exist at the end in the context that it's being used.

Roavin's suggestion of creating a code like [bill-add] and [bill-subtract] looks good. why don't we do that?

I added the custom tags to the forum.

We are now in a bill box! It looks like a quote, but it doesn't have the "X wrote" thing at the top.

Something you add text to a bill, and sometimes you subtract from it.

Oh and of course we need headers!

Somy, I made the CSS classes bill-add, bill-subtract, and bill (and added definitions at the end of global.css for now) so you can make everything nice and themely. You could probably pimp the headers non-globally by including posts_container as the first part of the selector.
