What is this? This is a project led by the Ministry of Engagement to establish a card organization for the South Pacific that will provide a platform for all card traders in the region and cards to use as reward by other government institutions. The organization will have a co-operative farming model where each member may dedicate puppets to farming for cards to use as rewards in exchange for benefits. It will also be the principal organizer of card-related events in TSP such as pull events and giveaways. The organization is planned to be independent from this ministry once it is established.

Overview of the plan The organization's core mission is to: Provide a platform for TSP card traders to communicate, receive assistance, benefits, enrich their experience, and have fun; and Provide cards for other government bodies (e.g. SWAN, Ministry of Culture, SPSF,...) to use as rewards. The organization will use a card co-operative model in which members may dedicate some puppets to farming cards and banks for reward purpose. These members will farm on these puppets alongside their private ones as normal. Cards to use for rewarding or benefits and a relatively small percentage of banks will be collected from the dedicated puppets. In exchange, these members will receive these benefits: Card request: Can request any not-used-as-reward card from the organization (other dedicated puppets or storage nations) with the number of cards per request scaled by contribution. Transfer card sharing: Can borrow low-owner cards for bank transferring. Number of cards can be borrowed and CTE status depends on how large the transfer is. Special card giveaway: Can participate in a card giveaway where only members with dedicated puppets can join. There will be at least one such giveaway each month. These benefits are universal to all members: No-heist-and-drop agreement Voting right: Members can propose and vote on significant decisions such as changes to regulations, pull event/giveaway cards,... Training: Members can receive hands-on training from experienced traders. Outside of its own members, the organization will also provide these perks for citizens and the general public: Pull event: At least one pull event of a valuable card per month with prior notice and reasonable time zone coverage. Card giveaway: Free-to-participate giveaway of a valuable card. Card lottery: Citizens will pay a small amount of banks to have a chance of winning a lot more valuable card. Guides and scripts: Publicly-available basic and in-depth guides about card trading and scripts to assist farming and trading. Request cards for selling: Anyone, citizens or not, may request the organization to collect and sell cards with certain bids, name, region name,... The organization will have a set of written regulations and procedures to govern its inner workings, and a team of officials with a lead executive to run the everyday work.

How to get involved Since we haven't set up the actual organization yet, joining the project at this point means you will mostly participate in discussions about the plan, help with the setup work, and contribute some cards and banks if you feel generous. We already provide some of the benefits mentioned above to members but please note they are informal and not guaranteed as we are just starting out. Nonetheless, we will try our best. We mostly need experienced traders (especially those that have participated in a card organization) at this time but you can join as a beginner too if you like!
