[FAILED] A2102.03 World Assembly Reform
#1

Legislators,

There has been a seconded motion to bring a bill that establishes the Ministry of World Assembly Legislation and outlines some of its procedures to vote. It includes an amendment to the Charter, the creation of the World Assembly Act, and a resolution. The debate thread can be found here.

As this deals with constitutional law, it requires a three-fifths supermajority (60%) to pass. The voting period will last 5 days, ending on February 12 at 4:00 UTC. (4:00 in London, 23:00 on the 11th in New York, 15:00 in Sydney)

Please vote by poll if possible. If you cannot vote by poll, post 'Aye', 'Nay' or 'Abstain' in this thread. Please do not vote both by poll and by post. Comments and discussion belong in the debate thread and should be posted there.
