Incoming Craziest
As the next Craziest Person who would sit in this office which I created 5 minutes ago, I am thankful for our lord and saviour Cthulhu and the crazy Citizens of the South Pacific who voted. My crazy heart is crying out to you for believing that I can be crazy, it is now time for me to fulfill my duty as Craziest Person by using my executive powers that is not invested in the Charter of the Coalition of the South Pacific.

Oath of Office (Tin pulls out a book which seems to be about Cthulhu and put his hands on it)
Tin Wrote:I, Tin the Free promised to fulfill my duty by being the Craziest Person of this Office and the South Pacific by following the two basic principles of Crazy, Excitement and Insanity. And to follow the lawlessness parts of the Charter of the Coalition of the South Pacific. So help me Cthulhu.

Executive Orders
My first executive order as the Craziest Person; Granting Titles.
As the Sovereign/Craziest Person of the Order of Crazy, I hereby grant the crazy thees these titles:
  • Former Craziest Persons: For their work playing. I grant them the title of Head Crazy (Crazy Head)
  • Fellow and Former Candidates for Craziest: For their unrelenting effort. I grant them the title of Sir Crazy/Dame Crazy
  • Roavin: For the discord role I want love of fish. I grant him the title of Fish

Next executive order; Departments.
The powers and duties of this office is written in this book of Cthulhu:
Cthulu Wrote:The power of the Office of the Craziests is to register if a Citizen is crazy or not and categorize them. The categorization shall be in accordance with the two principles of Crazy. And the Office will sacrifice one of the groups every millennia on April Fools per Cthulhu choosing.
Per the two principles of Crazy, I hereby create two Departments, the Department of Excitment and the Department of Insanity; and also create the Directors of the Departments to oversee the process and declare if someone is 'Exciting Crazy' or 'Insane Crazy'. (While the Craziest will declare if someone is crazy) I hereby apoint thee:
  • Head Crazy Purple Hyacinth: For diversity of text. I appoint you as the Director of Department of Excitment
  • Sir Crazy Im_a_Waffle: For the blinding text. I appoint you as the Director of Department of Insane
(These appointments are mandatory and you can't resign)

Last but not least; Immortalizing the Crazy.
To the Minister of Engagement,
I hope for the History of Crazy to be written down as part of the Culture of the South Pacific. My last executive order for this term is to request for me and those who are crazy enough to be able to add/write/edit wiki pages for the Craziest Persons and their elections from the old times to the now.

Closing Statements
As the 21st± Craziest Person of the South Pacific, though I know we have no real power in the South Pacific. (Our laws is written in the book of Cthulhu) And do this for fun but we could propose a bill that would make the Office of the Craziest, a real thing. If you are a part of the Order of Crazy and are interested, DM me. If you are a crazy person but don't have any title from the order, sign this google form/petition for me to know you're interested (or not and just want to just reply) in this happening. So I could know if this is an April Fools event worth pulling. We could achieve so much more! Maybe, we could even get it voted on April Fools. Wink
