[3:27 PM] HumanSanity: I personally will say regarding Glen’s request: I am more comfortable with releasing the conversation and position I took than the shroud of secrecy making things look far worse than they are when, on the whole and in spite of our disagreements, I think everyone in the Cabinet handled themselves highly appropriately in the procedure and debate of the issue

- the Cabinet did discuss whether to override the normal process, but ultimately chose not to intervene as the vote presented no imminent foreign affairs or security risk. Anyone who wishes to audit that process can review the thread.
- we did not give OWL a directive to open the vote
- we did not give Beepee a directive on how to vote
- we do not intend to revise our previous decision to allow the OWL/Delegate voting process to proceed as normal
- we are opening a discussion about OWL (dys)function and institutional reform as this event has demonstrated that is needed, independently of this issue
