The way I see it that's an on-site event
I pinged the LC about it several days ago
I have been operating under the assumption since it's an on-site event it's an LC thing and accordingly not been putting anything together on it. Normally, N-Day we coordinate more because it also includes FA and Discord servers are essential for off-site coordination
that said, I've followed up in swan-lake to see if we can help them in any way

Just for my curiosity, why is this an MoRA/MoC thing traditionally? If we have a game-side government, administering a game-side event seems like the kind of thing they do.

It started being an annual event in 2013, and LC was formed 2015.
But also I presume the MoRA doing gameside events at all predates the LC and so the LC at least afaik hasn't really done that often.

He’s going to be busy most of the day, he’s mostly doing graphics
Two biggest things I need materials prep wise are 1) an info dispatch (or finding one we already wrote), and 2) a regional TG to send at go time
Then, during the event I’ll need event leaders since I won’t be available for very much due to RL stuff
Obviously it’s also quite difficult to find event leaders last minute!

Sorry that I was busy for the second half of the event. Thank you all for stepping up to help out. It seems a lot of our institutional knowledge about how to run this event got lost with the MoRA split and the general slowdown in the domestic Ministries. Hopefully we can do better next year.
