Does the Ministry of Media have goals for the next two weeks?

Floptop has been on leave of absence due to holidays, so hasn't provided a direct response. The big picture goals we have discussed, which I imagine will play heavily into future activity, are continuing consistency in the publication schedule of The Southern Journal and attempting to have media greater inform internal regional discourse and politics (i.e. hoping that TSJ op eds or news pieces on current events will help inform regional debate and discussion on issues).

PRESS RELEASE     Cabinet Update, 01/18/2022 18 January 2022 Fellow South Pacificans, As we approach the final Cabinet update of the term, as two weeks from now Cabinet election declarations will have begun, I will keep comments incredibly brief so as to include a more complete reflection on the work the Cabinet has been doing in an end-of-term address. Progress has been made in each of our executive departments over the past two weeks and I am optimistic that all our Ministries are headed for a strong finish to the term. Prime Minister @HumanSanity Activities in previous two weeks: Management of the Ministry of Media in Minister @Floptop's absence. Worked with Ministry of Culture on long-term and larger event planning. Worked with Ministry of Defense on new personnel integration following A Liberal Haven liberation attempts. Worked with Minister of Foreign Affairs to finalize diplomatic decisions. Goals for the next two weeks: Begin the Delegate transition from Amerion to the Delegate-elect. Preferrably keeping the transition time itself to within one month. With the Minister of Engagement, finish the roll out of the welcoming program. Begin discussions on focus-shifts for the Ministry of Media. Minister of Culture @im_a_waffle1 Activities in previous two weeks: Ran various events smoothly. Open sign-ups for the tetris tournament. Goals for the next two weeks: Working on events for February. Work on a RMB bot that posts links to games and pings people on the RMB about those games. Minister of Defense @Moon Activities in previous two weeks: Attempted liberation of A Liberal Haven; efforts postponed due to site instability. 45 unique updaters bearing the SPSF flag showed up, a new record. Supported our ally The Rejected Realms to counter a potential takeover by invader forces residing in A Liberal Haven. Finalized wargame logistics and schedule with The Order of The Grey Wardens. The event will be hosted on 22/23 of this month. Discussed potential wargame logistics and schedule with allied militaries, expect announcement regarding this soon. Expanded the Tsunami Force, currently at 57 overall roster members. Maintained constant and reliable presence at updates, with 2-3 updaters available come each day on a regular basis. Goals for the next two weeks: Finalize wargame logistics with allied militaries. Host wargames with TGW. Continue on training/improving the new members of the SPSF, focus on improving chasing speeds all around the board. Continue maintaining notable presence at updates.
