I come before you today in my capacity as a General of the SPSF.

Section 4.2(e) of the Military Code indicates that in the case of a dishonorable discharge, a member may not be readmitted without the assent of the Assembly. It was the determination of the General Corps that as a matter of process, we should inform the Assembly of dishonorable discharges as a result.

The General Corps hereby notify the Assembly that Islas has been dishonorably discharged from the SPSF for a multitude of violations spanning several months, including disrespectful behavior toward superiors (Military Code 3.1), repeated and reckless disobedience of lawful orders (Military Code 3.2), and participating in another military organization without the assent of the General Corps (Military Code 3.3). Given the history and repeated nature of such violations after previous disciplinary action, the Corps deemed it the most appropriate course of action.
