As per rule 301, I propose the removal of @islands_of_unity from the game. This is due to his inactivity and anti-establishment rhetoric (as seen in the first phase of the game).

I withdraw my earlier proposal, and instead propose to repeal rule 204.

So slight correction to the points.
Since I assigned the numbers wrong, Roavin should get 4/6*(303-291) = 8 points and Nakari should get 3/5*(304-291) = 7.8 ≈ 8 points. Just add plus one to the scoring

With 4/6 of eligible players either proposing or declaring their non-intent to propose, and no extant discussion , I hereby declare the end of the Proposal Phase and the beginning of the Voting Phase.
