[COMMUNICATION] State of the Assembly July 2022 - The Haughtherlands - 08-03-2022 There were three votes this month: the confirmation of General Moon's appointment, the ratification of the updated Aegis Accords, and the recall of the Minister of Culture @rosaferri. According to the Legislator Committee Act, in order to keep their legislator status, legislators must have voted in at least half of all votes in each month (given that there were at least two votes in that month), as well as maintain a nation in the South Pacific. Since 3 votes finished this month, legislators needed to have voted in at least 2 of them to keep their status. The list of legislators whom the Chair recommends the Legislator Committee to revoke the legislator statuses of is in the table below. If your legislator status has been revoked, you can always reapply. You can also find the legislator roster for this month attached at the bottom of this post.

It's outlined in Article 3, Section 3 of the Legislator Committee Act: (3) A legislator fails the voting requirement if they are absent for more than half of all votes finished in the previous calendar month, if a minimum of two votes occurred. Legislators who have an approved leave of absence from the Chair shall not be considered absent for votes in the given time frame. |
