Removal of Belschaft's citizenship - Hileville - 02-19-2015

I'm truly disappointed in this decision. When this clause was added it was not with the intent of circumventing the legal system. I feel that is what is being done here. What was done with OBT was not enough to declare anyone involved a security threat.

Huh , are you serious?!?! How can you say that someone actively attempting to commit voter fraud to instal a government of their choosing isnt a security threat? That is the very definition of a security threat. The fact that the plot to pervert our electoral system wasnt carried out is of no relevance to the threat posed by a person willing to conceive and put in motion such an action.

This was a matter for the legal system. Not for Cabinet action. We are not guilty till proven innocent in TSP.

I would have supported this going to trial as it should have. This action was the fear a lot of members had about adding this clause to the Charter. I regret supporting this clause.

Belschaft has not been declared guilty of any crime. He has been declared a security threat.

I am 100% sure Bel is guilty however removing his citizenship was an illegal act in my option to shut Bel up once and for all. Unless Bel was put on trail for treason his citizenship should not have been removed.

The Cabinet has had plenty of time to remove his citizenship for the reasons it claims he his a threat to the region. Why now may I ask is the Cabinet removing his citizenship and not when he ran for a joint ticket with Henn for MoA?

I can not and will not support this decision. I may not like Bel but I will not allow the Cabinet and other members of TSP to continuously penalise him and when there has been a miscarriage of justice I will also support him.

And that is the problem. The Cabinet has deemed that a citizen is guilty by declaring them a security threat. This was the wrong decision. You should have taken this to trial.

Huh , i dont understand, you believe only the courts can decide if someone is a security threat?

No. I believe the grounds on which they declared him a security threat should not have been used. This should have went to trial.

Feel free to press charges against him.
