As reported through many sites this afternoon, all bodies have been found. The private jet carrying Rebeltopian Councilman of the Exterior Ronald Thompson and seven others went down about 100 miles southwest of Government Island. The black box has also been recovered, and is back in Rebeltopia being analyzed by the Rebeltopian Transportation Authority.

President Randal Spoke at the Plantation this morning.

"With the loss of Ron, I have decided that all government buildings are to fly flags at half-staff through the weekend. Also, on Saturday, all government employees wishing to attend his funeral are permitted to leave office at noon."
He also announced that a replacement to his council will be announced in the near future.

Chariot I became the first experimental spacecraft of the Kringalian Space Programme when it launched from Castle Air Force Base at 10:35 AM. It rose to a height of 15 kilometres, as a test on the safety of launches and the initial efficiency of rockets.

President Randal has announced that former Rebeltopian Navy Admiral Harrington Waistguard has been appointed Councilman of the Exterior. He replaces Ronald Thompson, who tragically passed away last Wednesday when his plane crashed on its way to Government Island. Waistguard, who had been head of the RN from 2002 until 2012, has been in and out of the Office of the Exterior over the past three years as an advisor.

Newly appointed Councilman of the Exterior Harrington Waistguard spoke about opening our doors to diplomacy.
"We will begin construction on a Foreign Delegation City within northern Warner. We will build 30 state of the art embassy buildings, and between 150 and 200 livable units - from apartments for short term diplomats, to single family houses for those that will live here long term."
Phase one is expected to start September 1st, and will only be open to SCO members. Phase two will start before the end of the year.

About 10,000 Laiwanese refugees are fleeing Laiwan and Ryccia for prosperous nations such as Kringalia and Qvait in foot. They say that their homes(AFF territory) were being destroyed in the almost 1-month conflict, and that settling in other parts of Laiwan or Ryccia were not going to help at all. At the border between Sierra Lobo and Ryccia, they were confronted by border guards, but they managed to pass. Targets of the refugees are: Kringalia, Zadiner, Qvait, Farengeto and Bonaugure. They are en route to those nations.
