Eggrarian quarantine has since been eased after many people have begun naturally recovering from the disease. The government highly suggests blood donations from recovered people be given for further testing. Many Eggrarian workplaces have begun reopening.

Antarchan studies report that the prized Antarchan Ice-Cod have been dwindling in numbers in recent years, due to overfishing and pollution.  Antarchan legislature has responded by drafting a new environmental bill which seeks to reduce the nation's reliance on oil and coal further, with an aggressive 2025 deadline to become "Carbon-Negative".  Critics question whether this goal would be achievable.
