Vice-Prime Minister Ortiz has stated that despite the lockdown and the Prime Minister's previous statements on no exit strategy, the Government are actually planning a good exit strategy from the pandemic.

Prime Minister Barrett and President Elliott have signed up to provide TV lessons to children stuck at home.

The new Government met for the second time this week. Prime Minister Barrett has announced the final case of GID-20 has recovered. She said that contrary to what she said about no exit strategy from the pandemic, the Government has introduced four phases. This week, all people are allowed to venture up to 5km from home. Only essential shopping is still allowed. People are allowed to meet in groups of 4 outside, socially-distanced. Funerals are allowed but with no more than 10 people present. Garden centres, hardware stores and farmers' markets reopen. Outdoor workers return to work.

Prime Minister Barrett has appointed Kenneth Kelley a Minister of Watching Watchmen, Xanatos Lobachevsky as Minister of Defense, Chris Shakespeare as Minister of Anger Management and Travis Santos as Minister of Public Safety. She also announced the Government's intention to change the retirement age later in the year. At the moment, the female age is 65 and the male age is 68. The Government want to increase the female age to 66 and decrease the male age to 66.
