Ikaranarean officials comment on recent Juntan antagonism of Sallodesia, stating that "Ikaranara would be concerned with the competency of the Sallodesian government if they were willing to let officials wander over belligerent territory where every foreign citizen is arrested for a crime invented by crazed terrorists." And that "If anything, Junta-occcupied Ryccia is simply making it easier for Sallodesia to protect their citizenry."

The detained Ikaranarean citizen in Ryccia has been found guilty of "subversion", and has been sentenced to death by a military court.

Immediately after this announcement, chaos brews in Ikaranara.
Large rallies run through cities, calling on the Ikaranarean troops in Irok-pannon to "cross the border" and engage in combat with Junta forces.
Ryccian citizens who have been herded to hotels near Centrus to either wait for travel to Mirrey Ryccia or for safety from the Junta were barred in their hotels before the Reserve Guard was able to disperse the riot. None were injured.
The Ikaranarean government has yet to comment about these developments.

The government of Doge Land has sent a strongly worded letter of disapproval to the Ryccian junta for sentencing an Ikaranarian citizen to death. They have also sent a book by the Board of Doge Land Executioners named "How to Diversify your Execution Portfolio" about maximizing the diversity of your kills. In reality it's just about a video game, but it sounds real enough to fool the Ryccians.

The Head Governor makes a speech on the execution of an Ikaranarean sovereign.
"Today, in the Junta occupied portion of Ryccia, an illegitimate insurgent government, disaster has struck. A legal Ikaranarean citizen has been sent to death under defunct Junta 'law,' where law is code for 'political function used to threaten sovereign nations by holding their citizens hostage.' The Junta does not realize one thing. The resolve of the Ikaranarean people. They do not know the lengths we will go to. And on this day in the international community, I would like to state that Ikaranara will not stop until we have the heads of all Junta officials on pikes, for that will be the cost for this individual's life! The Junta will be destroyed under the overwhelming might of Democracy, that even Ryccia had obtained years prior! The Junta must die so that Pacifica can thrive! Ikaranara will not be subdued until fanatic Junta troops march on Centrus and massacre the populous! And even then, we will haunt them, in the dreams of the dark, in the sorry excuse for minds that anyone loyal to the Junta must harbor. That is the way of the Ikaranarean people. It always has been."
He pauses.
"But, my friends, remember that I singled the Junta out. Ryccian citizens are not our enemies. In fact, they are our greatest allies. They indeed remember the months ago when they lived under a democratic government. They do not wish for military dictatorship. And they certainly do not wish for war. The only way for the legitimate Ryccian government, forced to station in Mirrey, to take control, is for the Ryccian citizenry to realize that the power of the Junta can not face their entire population. Only then will the balance of power and the idea of safety turn to Pacifica."

The Pro-Ryccian City-state of Kaiiji Valley, Termina, has independently asked the Ryccian Junta to change its exile the Ikaranan prisoner or to agree to a prisoner exchange with the Ikaranan regime. A Kaiji official stated, "We call upon our Friends within the Ryccian Federation to exercise their magnanimous nature and be merciful to those who do not understand the many opportunities tjat come from partnering with the Ryccian Federation."

Relatives of the Ryccian delegation to the World Forum have been arrested en masse by the junta for "conspiracy for sedition". Heartstricken delegates are pleading the international community to demand their release. Mirrey has warned of "severe consequences" if any relatives of the Ryccian delegation are executed.

Kaiji Valley once again asked the Ryccian Junta to release the family of the world forum delegates independently from the rest of the TCC. Rival city-states within the TCC expressed their displeasure at Kaiji Valley claiming that the City-state undermined their individual authority within the confederacy. Kaiji Valley dismissed these complaints saying the views expressed by the City-state need not be reciprocated by the rest of the Confederacy nor should their statement be mistaken as an official TCC stance.
