The United States of Izaakia once again falls victim to widespread Ryccian cyber attacks, bringing the country a grinding halt.

The car explosion has been identified as a direct attack on the Minister for Home Affairs. The bomb was placed on a car nearby the ministry. Dr. Weral Italī was supposed to enter a car escort when the bomb went off. Luckily he was late by a minute so that he suffered only minor injuries whilst still inside the building. Outside, the bomb killed at least 16 escort detail agents as well as at least 10 passengers and 25 people inside the building. Many more injured. Dr. Italī, relying on eye-witness accounts, refused to be taken to the hospital, instead applying first-aid and urging emergency services to take other, more injured people instead of him. As of right now, his whereabouts and his condition are not known. The Freedom Front has taken responsibility for the attack, announce even more radical measures to be taken. This attack is most likely a response on the arrest of two figureheads of the FF. The hunt on the other three is still underway.

James Hanara, the Secretary of State, has officially resigned per multiple sources close to the topic. The abrupt resignation comes during a time of diplomatic highs; and it remains a mystery to why Mr. Hanara resigned.

The Government is planning to roll out a new addition to the existing "return-deposit" system, the system which encourages a consumer to return disposable and reusable bottles to stores to retrieve a limited deposit depending on the type of article, extending the system's outreach outside from bottles alone.

The new return-deposit system will in the future be succeeded by a system that not only encourages returns but donations of unwanted consumer goods according to the Government. This will, according to the Government help Besern in it's efforts towards the conservation and protection of the environment, as well as efficiency in materials and production.
