May I request permission to create a thread in the Announcements section? And also may I request permission for us to have a "Legislators Lounge" sub-forum that is accessible to legislators only? Thank you?

Neither of those things are stuff you need to ask admin for Escade; you can already create a thread in the Announcements section, and a legislators only area also exists inside the Assembly.

That sounds about right.
I haven't checked the exact permissions, but I'm pretty sure that, at the very least, admins and government officials do have permissions to start threads in Announcements. We also have the Private Halls, which should be restricted to legislators only.

In case anyone finds this interesting, I just checked, and posting threads in Announcements is indeed restricted to admins and government officials.
