I am having trouble with using anchor BBcodes and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or if it is an issue with the code itself?
I find that using one anchor is fine and works perfectly but once you start to use more, it goes bungbung.
Example:

Fixed. Make sure that tags are always nested properly, i.e. this is not valid:
