Bishop is the main leadership position. You could be a priest, which is kind of like the RL bishop.

I am already a priest. I thought that spots were open, as Escade and you were once bishops at the same time. Until she got excommunicated, of course.

You were a Priest, but since I'm the only Bishop now, I've turned it into the leadership position, with Priests as RL bishops, and Deacons as the entry positions.
