Your application literally says you're the Heir of The Empire.
To not fall under the designation, you must renounce The Empire. Given that it's an amorphous blob of friends who operate in secrecy, I'm not sure how you can do that, honestly.

You have to be a Citizen/Legislator (post GC) to run for any office, to vote in elections and to vote on legislation.
Also, my apologies that your application is being held up. We're transitioning, and there's literally an election tomorrow, so everything is kinda all over the place :p
