A bit of grave-digging, but it needs to be said again. This concept as well as similar concepts are dangerous to the integrity of our electoral and legislative system, precisely because WAs are so trivially moved to TSP.

Yesterday, the invader group The Black Hawks moved 15 WA nations into Lazarus, a treaty ally of ours, to forcefully change the Delegacy there. From what is known, this was a spontaneous move for "fun" and organized within a few hours, yet that alone was enough to change the Delegacy in a GCR. Imagine the power that can be subjugated in this way with concerted effort over days and weeks and months, not hours! Stealth tactics in gameplay are easy to use and hard to uncover

Just imagine what a midly committed organization could do - be they.userite or feederite, invader or defender, etc.

I would have to agree that brings some new perspective to this discussion in a way that resembles pouring ice water on it.

See my previous post in this thread.

Furthermore, I urge the Chair to restart debate time, given that this bill had been tabled for so long.
