[PASSED] Amendment to Articles 1 and 2 of the Regional Communications Act (Mass Com) - Amerion - 02-12-2019

Legislators,

A proposal has been introduced to amend Articles 1 and 2 of the Regional Communications Act.

Please be advised that the vote to amend Articles 1 and 2 of the Regional Communications Act has passed.

The final tally is 24 in favour, 2 in opposition, with 10 abstaining, for a total of 36 votes.

The vote was passed with 92.3% voting in favour, exceeding the requirement for a simple majority of those voting with the exclusion of abstentions.
