The initial ruleset will be the one I presented here.
Sign up here. I'll close signup and start the actual game thread in a few days, depending on interest/number of signups/etc.. Once initial signup closes, a player will have to add a rule to allow further players to join.

I'll probably start tomorrow then, since we're already a decently sized group of people. Does anybody want to volunteer to be the Chair first? GI would be first alphabetically, or I could be the first since I started this whole thing, or somebody else can give it a crack - either works for me.
