Request Description: Can 10000 Islands get it's own embassy subforum? We have a treaty with them after all.

Request Type: New Forum
Request Description: More of a suggestion than anything: might it be worthwhile moving the Hall of Spam so that it isn't regularly blotting out the most recently posted Lampshade Bar thread? I suspect that's part of the reason why the bar sub forum isn't used very often.

Do you have a suggestion for where to move it? MyBB pulls the latest thread in the forum and all subforums when displaying that postbit. So the only way to ensure Hall of Spam posts don't overtake any others is to make it its own top-level forum, which I would personally like to avoid.

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
