A successor region doesn't need to have "DEN" in it's name, as The Black Raiders already proved when they switched to DEN in the first place. And "deter cheating" by punishing the unrelated innocents? Oh yeah that will really deter the rule breakers, who I am sure absolutely care about people who were not involved in their cheating getting punished. [/sarcasm]

This is nothing more than a ham fisted ruling by a minority who is now hoping that, because it's already been made a reality, that the other mods will agree with them for the sake of outward appearances of "unity".

Personal opinion, I have nothing substantial to support that last assertion.
