It has long been the policy of the Republic of Kringalia to encourage openness and the free exchange of ideas both at home and abroad. In helping found the Southern Cooperation Organisation, the goal of Kringalia was not only to increase the ties of friendship between nations, but also to ensure that the citizens of all members had the proper tools to face the challenges of the world and foster the values of tolerance and cultural understanding. Such values are paramount to the attainment of global peace, but they cannot be gained if foreign nationals find themselves unable to visit our lands.
In consequence, and in accordance with Departmental Resolution 194/16, citizens from all member states of the Southern Cooperation Organisation are henceforth exempted from all visa requirements in cases of tourism, pleasure visits, health treatment, sports and arts activities, journalism and transit. A study shall also be conducted, within a reasonable timeframe, on the viability of extending some or all the above benefits to observer states of the Organisation. In addition, passage of a resolution regarding the exemption of visa requirements and the implementation of further measures of the ease of international transit across the Organisation shall be considered a priority for the Republic of Kringalia, and Permanent Representative Vale has been directed to contact fellow members and ensure that such resolution is passed.
