Actually, we have provisions for the Cabinet positions — the LC, it seems, was initially left for later. 

My preference is for codifying it, as is. While I appreciate Glen's idea/stance here, I think vacancies — like the elections — should be included like everything else.

Can I motion to vote on @Roavin's original?
