This is something that ive thought in depth about, and my solution to increased user participation is a simple one, but one i think will work. There's two parts to this plan: 1. encouraging new users with approachable and non toxic leadership (which is something ive talked a lot about) and 2. make new users feel welcome, and therefore much more likely to stick around and be a valued member of the region.
