It is my duty to object to the proposal of the British imperialists. Proper English is spoken by ~225 million as a first tounge, and by ~250.6 million overall, easily and resolutely making up a majority of all Anglophones, native or not. It is, therefore, the duty of the Chair to be correct on grammar, not to be an archaic and elitist editor of our laws.
