I would say that really you can't recall someone unless they have broken the law or have severely harmed TSP's foreign affairs . As in my option if someone is elected in you don't like you just have to deal with it. (In real democracy's like TSP's not the UKs) But yes once someone has been elected in you just have to deal with them until there time is up it's a basic rule of democracy.

I would also say that I think the required amount for a majority is fine with 75% any higher would be to high.
