The Communion of Press

Originally the only labour union of journalists in Viliakmon (1964).
Evolved to include a subsidiary department for Standard Press Regulations (1990).
Included as official "fifth branch" within Viliakmon's government despite being constituted of both state and independent news agencies (1996).
