Hello everyone, as the region's resident music junkie (even though I don't rock as hard as QD) I like sharing my favorite albums of the year with all of you.

So without further delay, I will start counting down my 10 favorite albums of the year:


10) Conor Oberst – Upside Down Mountain
Genre: Folk


This is the third solo album from ex Bright Eyes lead singer Conor Oberst.  Oberst has been compared to Bob Dylan over his career, due to his song writing prowess as well as his, uh, unique voice.

On a personal note, Bright Eyes is one of my favorite bands, and this album does not disappoint:
