For the record, the ban on proxy use would have always included exceptions for reasonable usage of proxies. Adding it to the list of administrative actions that can't be appealed didn't mean there would be a blanket ban. It simply meant users wouldn't be able to appeal, which makes sense given that an appeal would simply boil down to he-said-she-said with the Justices having no ability to independently verify anything. The bottom line is that the Assembly, Cabinet, and High Court aren't responsible for the IT security of our forums. Admins are. There is a difference between the type of security threats that are more related to NS Gameplay, and some very basic and common-sense website security measures.
