DRAFT RESOLUTION 008
THE PENDRAGON SCHOLARSHIP FUND AND EXCHANGE PROGRAM

In honor of the late Lord of Culture and once monarch, Lord Ferdinand Pendragon, a resolution has been proposed below

1. Acknowledgements

Acknowledging to attention that there has yet to be a student exchange program within SCO member states. Further acknowledging that there are hundreds of thousands of bring students that are interested in studying abroad and believing that through a student exchange program, transparency between nations shall be clearer.

2. Scholarship Fund

A scholarship fund shall be pooled together by member states to the organisation in a yearly basis. This scholarship fund shall serve as leverage for economically disadvantaged yet talented scholars in the region wishing to get into a prestigious university.

3. Student Exchange Program

A major student exchange program shall be made by the SCO. This channel would make it easier for institutions to provoke exchange programs with foreign institutions sited in member states. The exchange program shall only feature state institutions in member states.

4. Application Procedure
Applicants wishing to apply for scholarship would need to provide their grades, achievements and economical background profile, a neutral foundation under the SCO shall assess on wether the applicants are worthy for the scholarship.

Such procedure is also done to the Student Exchange Program, with an additional clause. If the institution that is willing to partake in the exchange program demands a certain examination for entry, then the neutral foundation would sponsor these tests to the students and the results sent immediately to the institution.

5. Amendments

This resolution is open for further amendments.

6. Clarification

Defines Institution as a founded organization in education, such as but not limited to: Schools, Universities, Colleges, Academies and Study Camps.

6. Signatories

This Resolution shall be binding upon all members of the Southern Cooperation Organisation and may not be reserved.
