I doubt it though the SNP want to be a little like Norway there is a huge difference in their politics to Norwegian politics. It also dependences on what government the Scottish people vote for. I haven't heard about joining the Nordic Council if we did apply I am sure we would get in as Scotland means a lot to Scandinavia's defence, it's one of the best places in the world to help defend allies and stop invaders. So NATO would want us as an ally and so does Russia, before the Ukraine crises David Cameron ask Vladimir Putin to help keep the UK together and he said it had nothing to do with Russia but he did hint he might want to be allied with Scotland.
