I actually agree with this a lot. Its a simple vote, the process need not take ages.

Though I don't agree with the idea of voting on a deputy to serve, instead, I think my idea is better. The CoA chooses a deputy to ascend to the position of Chair, should the acting CoA resign, CTE, etc.
