[VOTE] Amendments to Elections Act and Regional Officers Act

The following amendments to the Elections Act and the Regional Officers Act have been sufficiently debated and have received a motion and second to vote. As the Elections Act is a constitutional law, these amendments will be at vote for five days and require a three-fifths majority to pass. The vote will end on August 21, 2018 @ 09:56 UTC.

Elections Act, Article 3 Wrote:(3) After receiving the top two candidates in the forum election, the sitting Delegate an Election Commissioner will create a week-long regional poll accessible to Native World Assembly members, instructing them to vote for their preferred candidate.

Regional Officers Act, Article 2 Wrote:(7) During elections, at least one member of the Election Commission will be granted the Polls and Communication powers.
