[VOTE] Amendments to Elections Act, Article 2 |
The following amendment to the Elections Act has been sufficiently debated and has received a motion and second to vote. As the Elections Act is a constitutional law, this amendment will be at vote for five days and require a three-fifths majority to pass. The vote will end on August 26, 2018 @ 12:40 UTC.

Elections Act, Article 2 Wrote:(3) To be eligible to be included in a voting ballot, any candidate must post a campaign in an area designated by the Election Commission. The campaign must prominently include a truthful declaration of all potential conflicts of interest the candidate may have within and outside of the South Pacific. |
