I don't see how somebody can truly have those qualities if they aren't long-term members of the forums. As I've said, they don't need to be fully involved and I imagine they wouldn't want to be. And, for some people, it would be silly. But, right now, think we have two people who are more than capable of holding endorsements and influence in the region. We're still going to approve people so it's not like it's everyone. But I'd really like an exception for some people. Even if it's just something like ... declaring someone a "non-threat" and letting them have higher endos.
